[Suggestion] Scanning animated GIF to fill up gradually to show progression

As title suggests, the swirly scanning icon that appears when you are scanning a celestial object, could it start to fill in the sub triangles until it is full, to show scan progression?

Would be more useful graphic then?

You can hear scan progression with the pitch of the scanner- the pitch gets higher and higher until the scan has finished, but a visual aid wouldnt go amiss
