[Suggestion] Tie avatar head motion to headlook, when enabled

One thing that throws me off, a bit, when in multi-crew is the fact that the avatars are not looking where the player controlling the avatar is looking.

For instance, in a Cobra Mk III, the guest commander in the seat to my right and I can be holding a conversation, but the avatars randomly look around instead of look at each other (though the actual players are looking at the other avatar and commenting about things).

Minor immersion boost if it can be worked in.

That's the problem. It's a minor immersion boost but a ton of work, and very few games have done it. And the ones have it, it's still not 100% correct.

I can only see this happening if VR gets very popular. And this is coming from a guy who owns a Vive. I really don't blame them for not spending dev resources for something like this.

I would settle for head tracking.
But how about the mouth opening and closing based on voice input?
Or even text input.
Oh and some reaction to surroundings and events.
