Suggestion to bring Risk vs Rewards on PVP, Piracy and Bounty Hunting on Open Play

Whenever the open only argument is proffered its instantly tagged with the current mechanics like block and solo so on, rendering the idea daft. Because it flys In the face of current meta.
Well obviously the current way would have to change.
Block solo so on so forth would change.
It's not like open only is a bad idea. It's daft cos our current mindset flys in the face of it.
Who wants risk for a paltry reward? Not many..
Who wants a rebuy? Knowone.
The current game as it stands is elite not so dangerous in solo at all.
And not dangerous in open unless you goto a valid hotspot.
What open only advocates want is an entirely different architecture whereby risk reward, engineering, counter engineering, and decent accountability, are the meta.
Where everyone in a sandbox lives in peace ✌️
All inhabited systems would be a death sentence to any pvper (squadron content aside) because of a decent law n order system and response times being seconds away if interdicted.
Where 1 button click wing nav works and policing is instant.

As the game stands open only p2p will never work.
I'm a advocate (obviously) for a sandbox open only world for more community spirit and less ganking. If l had my way gankers would be consigned to non inhabitant systems on pain of death if they don't.
But none of that will ever happen.
So as it stands we have 3 modes and p2p.
Fdev have no plans to alter that status quo
