Suggestion to tweak the instance pairing to get more people in open play

Yes, this suggestion comes from a solo/private/PvE player at heart :)

A lot of the discussion about open/solo/private revolves around PvP/PvE preferences of the players and the reasonable or unreasonable fears it evoces in both parties. The fear of being shot down on sight, the fear of having open play getting empty and so on.

What if, after friendslist, ignorelist and interconnection quality, we take another parameter into account: The number of player kills. This could give preference to players engaging in PvP more often to be more likely to be paired and therefore, without separating them totally, giving more players an environment more to their liking. With this, a newcomer could have much less fear to encounter a notorius player killer, but still could meet an Elite Anaconda Player pilot, if the latter had gained his rank by hunting NPCs and therefore be less likely to just open fire. There would still be the chance of meeting "Dangerous" players: Pirates, Bounty hunters, mercs. Over time this could balance itself out, so that you get paired with players of a very similar taste and play style most likely. Because space is big, the odd non-fitting encounter would still happen, but rare enough, to make it a fun and refreshing change rather than a frustrating repetition of mismatches of playstyles.

More data could be taken into account, if FD can think of other paramters that would match players better.
I certainly would seriously think about joining open more often, if the paring would consider the player style in some way.
(And i don't mean an PvP/PvE flag, that would again be too exclusive for a true open play)
