Suggestions: Flat Ride Editor, Tree Brushing and a App

My wishlist/ suggestions for Planet Coaster:

-Flat ride editor: This would be a very cool feature. A editor, where you can create your own flat rides with already existing parts from other rides.

-Ability to brush trees

-A Planet Coaster app for quick park management, so you can use your tablet as a second screen.

Just to add technical aspects to the Tree-Brush Tool. Have the ability to select all bushes/trees you want to paint onto the terrain with a single brush, and adjust the ratio (with sliders). With a slider you could also adjust density of the foliage.
