Newcomer / Intro Suggestions forum?

I couldn't see a suggestions forum, perhaps it should just be in the dangerous discussion section, but as a newcomer I suppose it fits here...

Is there any plan to expand the equipment available for utility mounts?

I've seen lots of requests for exterior views, perhaps this doesn't fit in with the game being a simulation?

I thought we could have camera hardware for utility mounts that would give us a rear view camera or a trailed drone camera?

I believe this has been discussed before, but a drone camera would be nice, I have space utility slots. As for a rear-view camera, that wouldn't work on some ships due to the position of the mounts.

External views are asked for a lot but it won't happen because it can give advantages in combat apparently. Some form of drone camera for "beauty shots" is being considered though as the devs understand we want to be able to screenie our ships.

As for other types of equipment I think it is very likely more will appear but probably not that soon as they have bigger priorities at the moment. The only information I have seen posted so far on modules is that they are considering changing the way scanners work as right now they use up slots and we have eleventy million different types of scanner so your loadout choices can be pretty limited. Lots of other good ideas are floating around in the suggestions section though and I could see at least a few of them being implemented once bigger jobs like the March wings update are out of the way.
