Suggestions on places to visit on the way to Saggitarius A*

So I just bought my Anaconda after some months in the game. This is a huge milestone for me, so I wanted to make it more special by having a maiden voyage to Sagittarius A*. But I don't want to simply go there, I want to make it a real "tourism" trip. Many people do similar sightseeing trips to the galactic center so I thought it would me a good thing to have a compilation of "places to go" that are more or less in the way to and from Saggitarius A, starting at the bubble. That's why I'm asking for suggestions on places, nebulas, etc, to visit. SRV and Fighter fun stuff to do on landfall planets should also be included, like mountain climbing (see Nerverest), nice canyon formations, geysers, craters with "atmosphere", space trees, alien ruins, etc., not only things to see from space. Lore relevant places are also a possibility, as well as scientifically or otherwise historically interesting places.

This game would be nothing without people like you, sir!

So, the Conflux is in the way. I think I'll add the abandoned settlement to the trip. Is there something else lore-related I could visit? I'm considering to go to Colonia on the way back. Is there a "scenic route guide" for the trip to/from Jaques? Thanks in advance!

If you can spare the time and effort I'd definitely recommend a visit to the Open Cluster of NGC 6231 with its core star V945 Scorpii. It's quite a sight to behold and a place to explore.

Will do, thanks for the suggestion!

Time is not a big concern for me, so any other tips are fully welcome.

The Rings of Atreus are pretty close to NGC 6357. It's a system with two ringed T tauri stars.

Enjoy!

Thanks, but I already had it on my list :D Even so, it's good to have the suggestion so I don't miss anything interesting.

BTW, I'm adding many POIs from EDSM, while roughly following Erimus' route. Right now I have 43 stops up till the "Dragon's Head" Nebula / Bleae Aescs Nebula (I'm being a bit ambitious), which is more or less half the way there, but then I have to plan my way back through Colonia (which I have not yet visited).
