If you had 140 million + of exploration data to sell and wanted use it to get allied with some of the best factions, which ones might you choose?

My alt account is already allied with all the factions I need for anything having to do with engineers and has already gotten access to most of the important permitted systems. I'm just trying to think of other areas of the bubble that it would be advantageous to get allied with.

If there are any areas of the bubble (and surrounding) you can think of where you feel the mission game play is especially good (payout or otherwise) as long as you're allied, let me know.

Don't look at me, I'm a free roaming CMDR without real allegiance toward anyone. I would probably dump it all at the station I'm currently in. Done that few times already. That's why I'm always on the verge of being broke - forcing stations to like me and then dump them and go elsewhere. But that's different story.

If you're pledged in powerplay, you could sell data to factions with government types conducive to your power's control spheres.
That's what I usually do after coming back from a trip out of the bubble. eddb also helps with sorting out a list of the factions within your power's space.
