Little Background;
I lost one of my SRV's on Beagle Point (twice actually, 1st time restored by support, 2nd time not) to some odd collision detection bug. then, when 2.2 dropped, I dropped....my SRV through the planet I was landed upon. Imagine my surprise when logging back in to find not only a ghost SRV with matching hull integrity to the real one, but....it was now real...I could deploy it. Yip, I had two SRV's again.
so what does one do with an SRV they shouldn't really have (or should if the original bug didn't occur....I'm confused. say what?)?
yes, that's right. One finds an ice planet in a nice setting, with valley's to swallow the SRV without hesitation. And one aims down a ravine, jams on the handbrake and toboggans down to the bottom. yippee aye yay.
One then observes ones ship taking the mickey and parking up some slop you have no hope of climbing (ice, you see) and eventually you pull that special pin. Fun times...
