Suit / Weapons / Consumables locations?

I've tried looking at Pioneer Supplies in a few systems that I've been in, and in none of them have I been able to find equipment to buy, nor have I been able to load the "Consumables" page of that shop.

So, I suppose I have a couple questions about this.

1) Has anyone else had the error in Pioneer Supplies and unable to load the Consumables page?

2) What vendors am I supposed to be looking for to find weapons and new suits? Am I just somewhere that for whatever reason doesn't sell them?

1. No errors thus far in Pioneer supplies.
2. Went to Shinrarta and bought everything available as I assumed when I went to one elsewhere and not everything was available, it was like ship outfitting. So Shinrarta was next my port of call.
