I'm gonna hedge my bets and say tidally locked so both simultaneously 
going by 1st to 2nd pic I would say dawn...but then the 3rd pic isn't much different to 2nd...

Trick question. Has to be sunset because dawn happens *before* you can see the sun in the sky.
Could be sunrise but that wasn't one of the options
