I present my S.A.(h)R.S for those people with small hands:

Parts:
The right-hand side is a bit wider than the plastic handrest on the stick, and the whole thing is maybe 13mm thick. I'd prefer it to be even thicker, but reaching the pinkie button and the 4-way switch on the left gets awkward.
As an added bonus, since that thing is made from insulation foam, it keeps your hand nice and warm which I found to really help with fatigue.

- Foam pipe insulation, ~70mm OD, smallest ID you can get (3.70 € for 1 metre)
- Gaffer tape (had it, get some, you won't know how you lived without)
- Box cutter
