I have a python which I use solely for gathering mats on planets, jumping long distances and collecting from emission sources. As some of the emissions can be a far distance to travel too, I thought I would give the supercruise assist module a try.
It works as intended with a Hotas setup when going into orbit around planets, unfortunately, whenever it de-throttles such as arriving at a destination or after a hyperspace jump, the zero throttles is immediately overridden by the position of the throttle. Could this be tweaked, please?
I have two ideas. Either when the throttle is zeroed by the module, we have to zero the throttle on the controller and move it again before it is given control or allow us to zero the throttle position on the controller once the super cruise assist module has taken over and moving it again cancels said module.
