Yes, was checking the position on stellarium earlier. It will be right outside my bedroom window after 11 pm.

I will prob take a look through the scope outside though.

Yes I just noticed the moon was larger tonight and brighter outside. Living up on the side of a welsh valley I can just see the moon above the trees on the top of the valley peak outside my kitchen window. Its a very pretty nigh time scene.

It'll be a little too bright for good viewing of the Perseids though - even if the sky is clear.

It was bright yes, it's passed over my house now so I can't see it any more from the rear of the house. I'll try and catch it earlier on the last super moon night on the 9th Sept.
