suppercruise assist not working

Hi would like some assistance my supper cruise assist is not working the auto docking and launch is ok but supper cruise module is not checked to see if its on and ok in right hand panel followed the instructions I've seen on the net but no . The only thing I've noticed the second in does not say supper assist or auto frame shift drive and the assist notification on the heads up doesn't show as with the auto docking strange ?

Look at your nav panel (left) and click on the body or station you want to go to, then go to the option right next to the lock destination button.

thanks for that but that's what I do I hear frame shift charging I go to main screen {front view ) there's no message saying frame shift assist and I'm told to engage dive eg full throttle and I'm in manual frame shift drive

If you go to the left panel after entering super cruise can you then select the super cruise assist option? Because as far as I’m aware you need to engage supercruise before you can engage the assist

Also note, sometimes the selection just doesn't stick. I don't know why... happens when locking targets, activating supercruise assist, deactivating... it's a pita.
