Did you turn the bounties in at Bosch?

Where did you check your contribution? The left-hand panel is MUCH slower than the mission board.

Bounties from missions absolutely count, that's how I got 21mil. (The mission rewards do not)
I've turned in the Bounties at Bosch Station and checked my contribution in the mission board. Had about 6 Mils of contribution before I took the mission and I was still seeing that amount after returning to the station the next time to complete my delivery mission. I know that these updates sometimes take a little bit longer, so I double checked.
However, in between someone at Bosch Station has found the time to continue counting coins and now I can see my contribution raised by the 5 Mils I've mentioned. Just took quite unusual long.
But thanks for answering anyway!

Maybe we can make this CG go faster if we take some wing missions, share them and share the bounties?
Really don't know if that works. Anyone?
Yep every one in the wing that hits the target gets the same exact bounty when it dies..
This has been used to make Bounty hunting the Highest pay activity in the game as you get 50mill per mission per facion per wing mission Plus every bounty on every kill X4 + the KWS...
And if you get the perfect faction line up you can get 1 mission from each faction and they stack so ~90 kills you get allot of money and the bounties will count to the CG...
This can be very very hard to do with randoms as a high percentage will never see or answer any messages...

Yep, been a problem but I haven't bothered with anymore issues for them to track. Enough votes have to even get it on their to do list, then voted again on to make it worthwhile. Dumbest issues tracking system I've ever seen.
Well, given that after three weeks there is still only one vote on that issue, I understand FDev won't see this issue as being worthwhile. I've posted the link also in one update thread and in the German forum, was getting comments and likes on the forums, but no contributions on the issue.
So if you've got similar issues, please vote: https://issues.frontierstore.net/issue-detail/50830

So civil liberty should be triggering soon but boom remains miles off...

CRIMINALS CRUSHED BY FEDERAL CAMPAIGN
21 JUL 3308
Pilots’ Federation ALERT

A Federal operation in the Andowatye system has finally brought down the Red Family crime syndicate.

Executive Agent Faisal Sacranie of the Federal Intelligence Agency announced the successful conclusion:

“I am pleased to confirm that FIA agents were able to capture Oberon Church, the so-called ‘man of smoke’, as well as his surviving lieutenants. With its kingpin’s arrest and most remaining forces destroyed, the Red Family organisation no longer exists as a functional crime organisation.”

“On behalf of the FIA, I am grateful to all pilots who helped eliminate these felons. The United Andowatye Democrats will redeem bounty vouchers for all contributors at Bosch Station in the Andowatye system.”

Vice President Jerome Archer gave a statement to The Federal Times:

“One of the Federation’s most notorious organised crime networks has been eradicated, largely due to vital information obtained by the Proactive Detection Bureau. Its ability to unearth enemies of the Federation and bring them to justice remains unparalleled.”

The Proactive Detection Bureau was created when Vice President Archer successfully passed public surveillance legislation in 3307. Political commentators have theorised that Archer’s presidential campaign next year will stress the PDB’s role in high-profile victories such as the defeat of Jupiter’s Wrath and Red Family.

Sorry, but I still call it a failure if you don't complete it. I was lucky to even hit the 75% mark, it was that silly.
So .. 80% of CGs are failures in your eyes?

Before last week's AX goal, the previous goals to hit 100% were:

Help resupply the Golconda for its journey 2022-06-09
Fight For Reorte Mining Coalition 2022-02-03
Supply Salvation's Anti-Xeno Superweapon in <foo> 2021-12-14
Fight for the Epsilon Fornacis Empire Group 2021-12-02
The Colonia Bridge Project 2nd Phase - <foo> 2021-11-11
Support the Colonia Bridge Project in <foo> - 2021-10-14
etc

Tons of "failing" CGs in between.

Frontier consider T1 to be success by default for single-sided CGs. Some CGs will have further changes at higher tiers, but usually all that matters is if it hits Tier 1, which is set low enough to be guaranteed. See here, where crawling across Tier 1 translated to the Red Family being "crushed".

This CG was unusual in that there weren't the typical bounty hunting spots available, and Frontier didn't add them in either. So here higher tiers weren't realistic, but in basically every other CG the higher tiers are totally possible and just dependent on player interest. A couple have had a deliberately-excessive final tier added, but those can probably be counted on one hand, they're certainly not the norm.

I can only think of two instances where a one-way CG was in danger of not hitting T1 (an Aegis one and that one that got hit with Lockdown). In both cases, Frontier godhanded it so they could win anyway. They certainly don't set single-sided CGs up to fail. On the other hand, two-way competetive CGs can have "dubious" balancing but I think that's usually unintentional...

IMHO, it wasn't great, especially relative to other bounty and war bonds CG. It missed the mark on both tiers and participation. As it should have since it was not setup correctly. Some of us had to be inventive to work around the shortcomings. Having the top cmdrs get up to ~300M in bounties under these limitations is the real accomplishment here.

What I'm trying to say is: FDev, you owe us a proper bounty hunting CG ;-)
