Support for 3D Mice (ie 3DConnexion) Joysticks or Gamepads for Free-Camera

I don't appear to be able to find support in the game settings for anything like a 3D mouse in order to control the free-camera. I've been using a 3DConnexion spacemouse for a fair number of years now and the difference of having a separate device to control the camera during builds is invaluable.

Many other programmes support these devices such as 3d modelling programmes; Google earth; and Second Life viewers. Firestorm viewer in particular allows for use of not only a spacemouse for this function but any USB joystick or gamepad.

Do you think this is a likely addition to the functionality of Planet Coaster going forwards? I think it would make a huge difference to helping more people build if they could control the free camera with another USB device.

PS. Devs: Utterly brilliant to finally see a successor to two of my favourite games, Rollercoaster Tycoon and Theme Park. Nice job! [yesnod]

I own a 3d connextion mouse .... unfortunate im not able to use it with planet coaster...
Would be very nice if it supports 3d mice

Thx

Got one, would be interresting to see these types of devices largely adopted by games. However currently it usually bugs games as it sometimes is detected as a mouse and steers you off.

But frontier could be a great trail blazer, cause this is a perfect use case for a 3d mouse
