General Gameplay Support for accessibility click software

Hello,

I was forwarded to this forum when I created a ticket on the frontier support page, so I hope to find help here. The ticket I posted can be find here: https://support.frontier.co.uk/tickets.php?id=241649. This is a C&P of what I requested in the ticket:
Because of a disability I have to use a click software that performs clicks after a certain time when the mouse is not moved. Unfortunately the clicks are not detected by the game and therefore I am not able to play it. In another forum I read that some games interpret "real" hardware clicks only and that is why my software clicks are ignored. Is there any way to fix this? The click software I use is called ClickMaster and I am playing on MS Windows 10 Home Edition. I appreciate any help provided here as I would be really happy to play the game.
