Newcomer / Intro Support site login button does nothing for me

At https://customersupport.frontier.co.uk/hc/en-us there's an orange LOGIN button at the top right of the page.

Clicking it just sends me back to the identical page, complete with login button, doesn't ask me for username/password, doesn't open any kind of form, just dumps me back where I started except the url is now https://customersupport.frontier.co...tps://customersupport.frontier.co.uk/hc/en-us

Same at the Elite Dangerous support page: https://customersupport.frontier.co.uk/hc/en-us/categories/4404016831378-Elite-Dangerous which sends me directly to https://customersupport.frontier.co...n-us/categories/4404016831378-Elite-Dangerous not logged in, and again without any attempt to elicit login details from me.

Firefox 116.0.2 / linux.

Anyone have any idea how I might be able to log in to the support site?

Using your above link and clicking on "Login" took me to the login page.

Try using Chrome or Edge and see if the problem persists. Also try using a PC with Windows 10 and see if the problem persists.

The latest version of Firefox on Win7 (my work PC) is 106.0.2. Login works normally for me here.

I don't know what version I have on my one Win10 PC at home, but I'm sure I have the latest on all my Linux PC's. The login works normally on all of them as well.

Check your browser settings, disable any extensions temporarily, and/or delete all frontier site cookies.

Looks like having cross-site cookies disabled was the issue. When I set Firefox's enhanced tracking protection back to "Standard" I was able to log in.
