Support ticket wait time experiences

Currently stuck with the zero cargo / phantom full cargo bug from yesterdays server crash and currently waiting on support ticket to resolve as can't play and not willing to suicide to fix it. What are other peoples experiences on wait times?
 
Same problem here. Ticket still in new-status, but they mentioned that it might take 48 hours before they respond and as we are still close to the launch and there are lots of things to do, I am content to wait.
 
So far ever got a reply to any of my bug reports besides an automated question after release if the bug still persists. (Thats way past the 48hrs. They still persist and havent seen those bugs fixed)
Also the status of the tickets was never changed from "new". Usually I would expect at least a feedback like "under review" or "read"...

Abysmal.
Half of my tickets from the previous support site never got any recognition, only the automated response.
 
The previous support site I got some responses within a few weeks.

I would give it time. There is a massive amount of players now (a ton of more compared to beta) so I'm sure they are working as fast as possible.

I still have a "New" ticket from over a month ago. Hope they get to you faster lol.

But as to your problem with your cargo. I am grasping for a workaround here. Is it possible to sell the cargo module and replace it with a new one? I seem to recall somewhere back in Beta that the same issue happened to some players. And iirc the workaround was to sell the modules, log out, log back in and rebuy the cargo modules again. I have no idea if this will work for you, but what have you got to lose at this point in time?

Never had any response at all. I'm sorry to say it but Frontier support does feel a bit... I can't even say it politely so I will not say it.

Thanks for the suggestion, unfortunately it says cargo racks are in use so cannot sell/swap. Same thing applies with the ship can't swap it. Still can't get rid of the cargo it thinks I have, QQ.
 
I'm pleased to say my cargo hold has not been bugged, but all my trading money was lost when the goods were taken and not paid for. Ticket entered, but no action yet.
