Based on posts in this thread Fleet Support Vessels are officially dead. Are you surprised? I am not, anymore.
Or doing surface mining, as a mining support vessel...It would have been good if a so-called "support" ship could have done something supportive like go down to a surface settlement and purchase 1000 units of Tritium.
Q. What happened to the support vessels?
A. We examined the concept of predefined load-outs through the use of support vessels, but they restricted the level of customization that we wanted Fleet Carriers to have. We removed the support vessels and changed it so that Fleet Carrier owners had more control of the Fleet Carriers' customization.
They've essentially become a part of the FC, probably via the module loadout options. No additional ships. So does that mean the support ships assets will be coming as stand alone ships

Oh yeah! That would be a good idea.Yeah I get that. But I mean the virtual 3D models. Maybe they can be used to introduce some new ships in the future
They are not gone. They live with the space dredgers on a farm, deep in the Tionisla Graveyard.![]()
