Ok, found during surface exploration. Been SRV'ing for ages and ages, now on one planet surface, Occupied Pods and Data Points !!

Yep, that happens.

Some times I see lots of this sort of stuff.
Some times I don't.

Ummm... Those have been around since Horizons dropped... They can be found using that radar looking thingy in the center of your console... You also can find commodities as well...

Yes, I know, first time in months and months of SRV'ing - topped up here with Polonium, Niobium, Tin etc from surface, but first scoot around I have seen pods and data links
