Horizons Surface Missions ?

Where are the Surface Missions .
Since 2.1 I have not seen even one Mission like the find the crashed Pilot Missions.
Surface Missions don't even appear on Mission Boards.
While I am at it , where are the crashed Ships showing as Points of Interest like the one's shown in Newsletters.

Just checked a few notes and so far I've had missions to find Landmines, Ceramic Composites, Damaged Escape Pods, Bootleg Liquor, Structural Regulators, Encrypted Correspondence, and Trade Data from the surface, as well as attacking bases/skimmers and locating crashed ships.

I've had quite a few and they pay really well!!! I think you have to be well regarded with the faction.i was allied. I'm not sure but the state of the faction might be a factor too. My faction was in Boom and gave me two surface missions to same system, 1.9m and 1.1m ��

There are a tons of surface missions around, usually at the back of the list.
I can pick them up anytime from neutral to allied relationship, so call on a couple of surface bases because you have better chance of finding surface missions on planets/moons.
