Someone must have come across when surface scanning, geo & bio sites WHAT IS (OTHER) has anyone found out yet is it a bug, I couldn't get an answer fro Fdevs as they don't even know, I was informed they are other POIs on the planet, but the nav panel does not show anything or how to locate it, so effectively, what is it...??? anyone??

Traveled 100kly scanning every body with the FSS since the update dropped in live but haven't seen "other" yet, however I did once in the beta. In that case it was stuff the devs had introduced but hadn't actually given a name to so there was nothing to display. Do you have a screenshot and locations, when I have finished this trip it may be worth visiting to see I can find anything. Do they show up in the nav panel? Are they duplicates for the ones already displayed, I have seen that, but in the beta also.
I returned to a listening post in HR 1183 yesterday that originally showed as a Guardian signal, yesterday it showed as Other. It's related to the search for Site 94, a site attacked by Thargoids.
No other shows as nothing last time i saw it though this was end of last year when I played, so has it been sorted then??? as other did not show as anything in nav panel or on the surface it was just a word.
I did have a screen shot of it somewhere but I dont play Elite at all now as it's just annoying.
