Didn't see anything in patch notes, but have seen several planetside shipyards now. Never did before.

Yes as soon as engineers went live we got planet side shipyards.
I noticed right away due to one of the planets in my home base system that I regularly get good missions from suddenly had a shipyard.
Since then I have seen quite a few.
Nice addition actually.
Thanks. Strange I never saw one until now. I am often at large surface installations.
