Surprise at the CG Haz Res

Today I saw a "Search & Rescue" anaconda, complete with the unique orange paintjob at the CG haz res. Also a first, it was clean. Some time later I saw a S&R AspX, also clean and with orange paint. They just hung around and eventually high waked. Never seen these ships at a res before.

I also saw a ship aligned to: "HEADQUARTERS FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE ANARCHIST AVIATION NETWORK & DEATHMATCH SOCIETY". This was by far the longest faction name I have ever seen, and it filled the bottom left display.

The S&R sighting makes me wonder if someone hasn't been secretly tinkering with the res sites recently...

The wild speculation may now begin!

Maybe they were searching for somebody they could rescue. RES seems like a safe bet.

They are quite common and combat aftermath and distress call SS.

Can confirm. I saw them in the Haz also. Was wondering why they were there.

Sometimes CZ overlap with nearby USS. Maybe RES do this too.

Ha, yeah...

Fdev wouldn’t accept my first minor faction name, so I submitted that and they took it.
