Ship Builds & Load Outs Swapping loadouts/partial load-out to another owened/stored ship?

Is what's stated in the thread title possible in this game. I would really like to be able swap around weapons and thrusters and FSD's and... and... fuzzy toilet seats and whatnot without needing to do the trading/pirating nasty's to accumulate the credits for another vessel's load-out?

I guess what you want is the same as the rest of us; a hangar! so we can store our spare equipment rather than have an additional ship for another role, ATM the best I can offer is find a high tech system near your area of interest and make that your base.

If we can't get a hangar, it would be nice if at least we could put spare parts in our ships' cargo holds, equip modules out of the cargo hold, and transfer cargo between two ships docked at the same station. We've got space, we've got forklifts, why can't we use them?

But yeah right now the only way to "swap" modules between ships is to sell the module, switch ships, then buy it back at the same price.
