Swapping ship gripe

Why can't we swap ships when we have cargo on board? Makes no sense, especially with PP if you don't wish to fast track your next quota. get your quota, swap ships to do something for 30 minutes then go back, that's how it should be.

Most likely due to the increase in database size this would necessitate.

Makes perfect sense. They have no idea what you have on-board nor if you'll ever be back to take it away. Simple station rule, no ships allowed to be left with cargo on board.
