Swapping ships question.

Hi,

Just a quick question, I am going to purchase a smaller ship to get about in as my conda is too expensive to rebuy with 2.1.

If I buy a smaller ship what happens to the inventory materials and synthesis etc, will it be moved to the new ship and if so what happens if there isn't enough cargo space?

At the moment my ship has zero cargo but quite a lot of inventory.

Cargo can not be transferred you have to sell it off before switching ships. Mats (Data/Synthesis/Etc.) however are attached to the Pilot not the ship (apparently they fit in your RemLok Suit Pocket). Switch away.

Actually cargo now switches ships as well as long as the new ship has enough cargo space to accept the old ships amount of cargo.
