So I'm running my T6 on my normal 13 LY trade route Imp. Slaves > and then Silver returning. Getting 115000 profit on the Slaves and 99000 on the Silver...when a mission pops up to bring the faction 18 Silver for 188k...I do love it when something nice happens!!

I had once a mission pop up for 300k Palladium... Guess what I already had in my cargo? :D

Even better are the times a mission is advertised under Bulletins for items that are actually for sale - in that very station!

I've just made a quick 20k by buying slaves in Orerre and giving them to someone right there.
