Symbols on Thargoid ships?

So i was out searching for thargoids with my friend, and when we came across one, this one wasn't moving. I thought it would be a good idea to go into external camera and zoom into the front of the ship to see what I can see... Has anybody else noticed this symbol? Looks like some sort of "C" letter... Maybe it's a sign of their affiliation, like us for example we have Empire and Federation and we can choose to put a sign of it on our ship.

Also, I came to the theory that if the ship has hearths, then it would make sense that there isn't a physical entity piloting it... Is it alive by itself?

Yes people have already noticed it, in fact there are discussions about it everywhere

You'll find the same symbol on the barnacles

I wont explain it to you here because I'm way too lazy for that, but you'll find threads if you're interested in the subject !
