Sync to inara.cz not working anymore

What it says, I cannot import Elite data into inara anymore. any advice please?

OP, you need to check if Inara is "authorized" to use the Frontier API.

Go to "https://auth.frontierstore.net".

Then log in using the same credentials you use for the game or the Frontier store.

Then using the menu, go to "authorized applications" and see if Inara is there.

If so, you may need to "de-authorize" the application's use of the Frontier API.

Then go to "https://inara.cz/inara-api/" and follow the instructions there to reset your Inara API.

Once you have done this, go back to "https://auth.frontierstore.net/" and then to "authorized applications" and see if the Inara API/Application has been authorized.

This can be a PITA, but be patient and work through it.

Thanks for the links And your help.

I’ve revoked and recreated a new API key, but it’s not working, same error code.

There is only this listed in the authorised apps. What else can I try please?
  • Email, Name and Customer ID
 
Corrupt logs at fdev end will block import..

Go to discord and ask Artie if the logs were invalid so could not be pulled... He can then trigger a day skip... To many relogs or restarts during the day can break log imports...

Thanks for your help,but I’m not a discord user and I don’t want to be, is there an easier way?

i can’t be arsed to install a new app, spend 30 mins working it out, Googling for the correct discord channel etc..

Anyone else?
