Synuefe guardian structure and codex problem

Hey there,
actually doing the ram tah mission, i got some codex to folloow up or thinking of it as is. My problem is coming on the Synuefe EU-Q C21-10 structure. Codex is showing me a pylon, related to that position, not confirmed. This was the first time i went there and never did any related stuff about it, but codex doesn't bring itself being confirmed. Does anyone got any idea on why it would not confirm itself? did the run many times, changing each time the order of the powering up pylons, and it never did the trick. somewhat lost on it. at a moment, it even showed me another structure that i already did in IC 2391 and that was confirmed and turned blue, but not the one about pylons in the synuefe that i am mentionning first.

You need to scan the pylon with the composition scanner to get it in the codex.

How can i use the composition scanner on something that i cannot select? Because when i say pylon, i mean that, and that, we only can fire at them to activate them.

My bad. i had to move the targeting over the object until i could use the scanner. same than if i want to fire at it, i have to target it right, even we cannot select it. Targeting cursor make a flashy move when it is well positionned to let us know that the scanner is usable =P!!!!
