Odd. Are you trying to land at a fleet carrier/station or planetary base that is giving you the message "docking request denied" or is it a permit locked system? I suspect there's no actual bases there given the system so I suspect the latter.

Do you have more info you can share?

I just wanted to scan the obelisks,
I did not speak about the docking and did not ask for it

I have had that a couple of times over the years, some sort of network or ID error. I was once landed on a planet and when I cam back to the game I was in orbit and couldn't land on the same planet, a reboot fixed it right away, I suspect it's something to do with the authentication server thinking you have the base game and not H/O
