Sys Authority ships now are in "god-mode"

Take a look and explain please how a ship can fly like that 20min. Shooting, maneuvering, boosting... I put over 120 rounds of rails on damn thing, yet was almost immortal !
How the hell we can play this game if EDevs throw in cheating ships ?
1 - Power plant - 0
2 - FsD - 0
3 - shield generator 0
4 - Life support - 0

What the hell to do to kill a small Viper then ? If my PP go to zero, my ship pop in seconds ! But that thing ate rail rounds like a sponge and last 5 min I try to ram the damn thing, only to take MORE dam me (with shields ! ) than him without shields ! No Dis for him, but somehow, he can boost at will, shot at will, and laugh at my rail guns rounds...
I spent MORE than 20 min fighting the damn thing, 3 synth worth of rail rounds, in order to kill ONE little vulture...
All to get near a pirate base ( lawless) where I needed to fulfill a mission "kill x pirates"...

And we have Sys Auth ships defending pirates now... nice.

I've noticed something similar hunting pirates on missions. I'll go up against a Deadly-ranked Python and start chewing away at is shields with the beam laser on my Vulture. The Python will continually recharge its shields. The last time, I counted five recharges. How many SCBs do those NPC ships have?

Is not only that, but obvious the EDves introduced ( intentional or is another bug) some god-mode, invulnerable NPC ships.
After you strip the shields, destroy the PP, the Dis, the FdS and Life support, that NPC will keep shooting at you with no problems...
Now I am in Ratraii, with the mission to kill 18 pirates, and I cannot even get near the damn base, is just a civilian Observatory but guarded like a Military one ! 2 fraking Goliath, 2 Python and a Vulture n Air Patrol ! I manage to land and send away my ship, with almost no shields, only to be turned in pieces by combined fire from air and ground....
what is this ???
 
Seems to me they "stealth" upped PVE difficulty. Had single "kill the pirate" mission some time ago. Met Fed Corvette. My engineered Cutter managed to get that down, with some difficulty....
 
I've faced many assassination vettes doing wing assassinations solo. EDO does have a different threat reporting tools than horizons did.

If you're facing NPC ATR security ships, you are fighting unwanted civvies. The ATR NPCs are a deterrent to murder hoboing. The ATR was introduced waaaaay back with the C&P do over.

Criminals or pirates that are wanted won't spawn system security that are hostile to you unless you shoot the security that are there to support you.
 
Always have been, especially since they changed the 0% PP instakill thing ages ago.
Instant ? nop, I do not ask for that, but have some sense please, and explain how with PP at 0, PD and FsD at 0, life support at zero, Shield Gen destroyed, that damn thing keep buzzing, boosting and firing at will ! And that go on for over 20 min ! ( 3 x 45 x 2 rounds from my rails ! ) - and ramming that thing with full shields was useless ....

I don't know, they've been doing that in CZs for years. The AI cheats in a lot of games and if they didn't in ED, PVE would be even easier than it already is.

NOP you are dead wrong. In Oddy must be a different system - I got attacked immediately I got near settlement. I didn't even have the weapons deployed...
Sys auth ships start shooting at me right at 10km of settlement - a PIRATE, lawless settlement !

At least I got no fine, no bounty for killing that Sys Aut. ship...

I did many CZ in my time in EDH and never ever meet such level man... I say again - mo PP noo PD no Shield Gen no FsD no life support - but was able to keep shooting over 20 min, and boost at will... and that was a Vulture, imagine what a Python can do or a Annie !
 
Shootin npc powerplant to zero does not cause them to explode. Be they sysauth ships or not.

ALL NPC I faced over the years in EDH popped after PP AND FSD ( BOTH ! ) reached ZERO - some pop with just PP at zero, many need PD and FsD at zero... but now, I was running out of modules to target ( and ammo ! ) and the damn thing laugh at me....

Well, you brought a PVP loadout to a PVE fight. You just melt their hull with a bunch of beam lasers and multi-cannons, don't bother targeting individual modules.
