System Authority Vessel this far out?

Was out doing some exploring about 300ly from the bubble and discovered some materials randomly floating in system.
As soon as I scooped them a system authority vessel showed up??
Really this far out?

The bubble is around 500ly so its normal. ;)

So you are saying you where 800ly out and this happened?

I think you read it well. Most consider 'the bubble' to be the populated system, which then has an additional 500LY bufferzone around it with NPCs. People usually dont include the buffer when saying how far from the bubble they are.

Well there is people who have had stalker npc follow them across the hole galaxy. Npc shouldn't spawn about 500 ly outside bubble (have seen mentions of 700 ly away from closest populated system), but some times they still spawn.
