System chat in Legacy

I probably haven't spent enough time searching threads but has anyone else noticed system chat can't be used in legacy mode?
Been through about a dozen jumps and all so far are locked

Edit: was using a PS4

I believe you're the first to mention it.
I can confirm for PC, the system chat is as dead as a doornail in Legacy.

can confirm on Xbox, as well.

System Chat is no longer functional.

I logged in a few minutes ago on PS4, system chat appears available for use.
I am able to bring up keyboard and send messages in Open mode.
StuBaDub & graflex22, or anyone else really, its more for my own curiosity but is this being seen on PC & Xbox as well?

Things are unchanged for me on PC. Get NPC and player chat on the local channel, get the entering system channel message but absolute silence on system chat.

A quick update for the PC side of things, as of the most recent tick the system chat is back to normal.
