System Map: "Move to my Location"?

I keep thinking I'm as dense as a brick (which I really am), but the System Map seems to be missing a QoL ability to "Jump to my location" option. Of course, it might be there and I just don't know how to use it.

Every time I open the System Map, especially for exploration, I would like to have the map center to my current location so I can select my next planet to explore. But it always opens up to the "jump to system point" and I have to maneuver manually to my location, which could be quite a distance away.

I've searched the menus in frustration, wondering why this option is not available... "Move to my Location". I don't get it, seems an obvious QoL option to have. But of course, I'm pretty dense (as a brick) as previously stated, so am I missing something? Is there a command to do this that I just completely missed?

Need to map your controller to this.... sometimes the map is not actually on your locator when you first open so just give your joystick a little twist to make sure the locator is active...
(I didn't mean to include the 'Joy-7' part.. whatever free button You have...)

Okay, that is a Galaxy Map option to move to current galactic system. What I am after is in the "System Map" with the planets where I've set a route to a specific planet in the system. The System Map always opens up to the "jump in Sun" and there is no way to move my view to my current location shown in the "System Map". I have to move it manually to the.. say...10'th planet of the second sun, which shows an indication of my current location (my last set route in system).

When I explore from planet one, two, three, four, and so on, my route is set on a per planet basis. But every time I open the system map, (not Galactic Map), it centers the view on a sun and I have to move manually to the planet that has the route set already, so I can then set a new route to the next planet.

It would be so much easier to move the view to the current route set in that system, then I would move just one planet over. Currently, I have to move from the sun out to the extreme distance planets (in some cases) and it can be quite annoying.

I just zoom out and go from there, most systems can fully fit on your system screen. It's not been any trouble for me, though I'm not against your suggestion either btw.
