You are not alone. I get it from time to time too (playing on XB)
There are at least 5-7 different reports on issue tracker.
Try to add to this one, it has 4 reports

I don't think its just you?...………………………………
for me sometimes a keypress don't work for eg landing gear or map key(M) etc don't come down key refuses to work, so I change that key from a default bind(L) to something else for eg I use the k key...……………….
that just does the same bloody thing?,
i tried different keyboard too utterly bizzare and an elite only game problem
and is relatively minor as it is intermittent in nature its just anoying
thought It may be a prog interfering like VA but nope it does it with all apps an progs closed, in fact it was me thinking VA had a problem when I spoke to it to press a map key but nope that fails to press a key sometimes too and only when playing elite?

(pc set to max power and no power saving scheme)
