System Map - Problem with clicking on planets?

I'm having a serious problem with the system map. It seems like the info window when clicking on a planet or moon makes it really difficult to click on anything even remotely close to said window. Not just over it (and I think I should be able to click through) but well under it as well (ie a large number of moons far clear from the blocking window).

Anyone else have this?

It's already been reported as a bug.
Pressing LMB+RMB simultaneously will allow you to move the map.
Use this as a workaround.
