Horizons System Permit list

With all the questions and comments about permits, I just pressed my KB no. 2 and looked at the list there.
All the permits are so old that none appear in the list anymore.[where is it]

How do I find out what permits I have without traveling to the system. Or trying to.[where is it]
Many of the permits that were given to me were "Out Of The Blue", so to speak.

So ..... any ideas?

Right-had panel, first tab, one flick to the left.
