In power play when you expand to a system any systems falling within a 15ly radius of the controlled system becomes exploited by the controlling power. I also understand that an exploited system cannot be exploited or controlled by another faction. So my question is this. What happens when a system is prepped for expansion, but there is another system that is already exploited by another power that falls within the 15ly radius?
I would think if it wasn't a valid target for expansion it wouldn't let you prep it. But there is at least one system on this weeks cycle that is being prepped, shows on it's powers top ten, and has another system that is already exploited by a different power that would fall within it's 15 ly radius. So what happens at the end of the cycle?
