Newcomer / Intro System Requirements Question

Hi folks,
I apologize if this has been asked a million times before (I'm sure it was ) and yes, I've checked the system requirements for the game on the official page and a couple of other gaming sites - however it is my experience that it's the best to ask the people actually playing the game for some really substantial info.
So, my question is - am I ok to run the game on my current PC setup which is:

Intel Core i3 3.6 GHz
8 GB DDR3 Ram
Nvidia GeForce GT 730 2GB

I'll be moving to another country this summer, so I probably won't be buying a new machine before that and I wondered if I can run ED with this (or minor modifications) until then without getting a slide show or facing other major issues.

If you're willing to go with low settings and with lower resolution, you'll be ok.
That GT730 is your weakest part by far.

I would max the memory if you can. Even if ED doesn't need that much, the more memory you have the less the HDD needs to get used. If you have all the memory banks occupied with identical memory it allows for memory interleaving, which nearly doubles the performance of the memory.
