System Secuity bug

I keep getting shot at by the federal security but I'm friendly with them. I have no bounties, no stolen cargo anything.

Kinda getting fed up with all these bugs its unreal, every time I come on the forums there is another bug. Maybe having nearly a month off when your game is so broken wasn't such a good idea.

Great now my rep is going down and I haven't done anything.

You're attacking someone who is allied to the local police, they care more about being allied than they do about criminal status (unless it's you :p)

If you are bounty hunting at a nav point avoid any wanted ship that belongs to major power in that system as the system security belong to the same faction and will defend wanted ships of the major controlling faction.

If your target is wanted in 'that' system the security ships really shouldn't be attacking you for trying to collect a bounty posted by their jurisdiction.
.
I get that just going by KWS scan and failing to do a basic scan for that system can get you in trouble but what seems to be happening currently seems counter intuitive. If the target is wanted in that system then that system's security should not interfere. In my opinion if this is intended then it is dumb on a gameplay level.

So why do they not go wanted? I'm not wanted at all. No bounties or anything. Usually if you shoot at someone that is allied with the faction you get a bounty. I gave up using a bounty scanner as 90% of the ships you scan belong to a faction
