System specs enough for reasonable gameplay?

Hello,

I'm a little late in discovering this game! But I really would like to use our current social distancing time to start this game.
My pc is not very good for gaming I suspect: will this game run a bit smoothly on my pc or is it advised to upgrade my system (and if so, what do you recommend?)

AMD Ryzen 3 2200G with integrated AMD Radeon Vega 8 GPU
Asrock B450M PRO4 mainboard
16GB DDR4 RAM
Intel 512GB SSD

Thanks!

You will need the most powerful cpu you can buy...and a good VC like a 1070 or AMD equal...the ram is good @16g I would say no your comp. is not enough. This is a great game, but tanks at medium to larger parks.

Yes, that's absolutely fine for 1080p low/medium. Most games don't require a lot of power on lower settings- provided you're not hoping to run it at 4k or in ultra settings - and still looks good on low. If you can't get the frame rate you want at 1080p, try 720p.

Those AMD APUs usually overclock quite well and it might help to overclock the GPU part of the processor, but the CPU bit should cope stock. Keep an eye on how much RAM is allocated to the GPU in the BIOS and you probably want to set to the maximum allowed.

I used to run Elite Dangerous just fine on an AMD A10-7850k on medium/high settings. 2Gb of GPU and overclocked to (I think) 1150Mhz on the GPU.
