I've been trying to find Pharmaceutical Isolators for the past few days and I've read on INARA that they are found in Outbreak systems but there is no easy and reliable way to find such system.
The last health report gave me 2 or 3 nearby system to investigate and once I got there, either the faction had no station or settlement or it's state was not in outbreak anymore. That and missions not showing...
I don't mean to rant because the last patch made the Engineer into a really nice gameplay mechanic but It is still very hard to use information in game.
