System takeover, weird things

Hi all,

Last night our chosen independent faction and the dominant federal faction went to war. This morning the war was over(!), all stations are now independent but the conflict zones are still present. The ships within the zones all show as having no faction, and the system status panel shows no civil wars ongoing at the moment with our faction on 51% and the Federal one at 30%. The galaxy map shows that it's still under federal control...

Anyone else had this in their systems?

As I recall this sort of thing seems common on change of ownership. Report it as a bug and they'll probably give the simulation a nudge in the right direction.
