You may wish to edit your post, there is no naming and shaming allowed on the forum.
This is a fly, nothing more. He only uses gimballed weapons. Carry dual chaff, go 4 pips to shields and 2 to engines, boost away and jump when he interdicts you. If you are in a smaller ship and see him in supercruise then low wake and then high wake out of the system. Do not attempt to High wake while in SC as you can still be interdicted up until your FSD is charged.
