Similar to Squadron feed, but this one will be used by NPCs to provide players with range of activities to choose from without need to visit a station.
For instance, there will be messages from NPCs located in signal sources within the system - like a message from NPC stuck without fuel begging for someone to help him, or local installation officer asking to help defend it and etc. It will basically let player "see into" signal sources within the system withough having to scan them in first place.
