Systems visited not updating since 1.3.06

Notice to all explorers
I have just undertaken several jumps and the systems visited counter didn't update. Hopefully scans are being recorded.
I'll raise a ticket for this new bug.

Turns out it's a known issue and is being investigated.
I do wonder how these things happen? If it aint broke...

Lol. Its like laying laminate floor on your own, lock in one end and the other pops out, put that back and ....well you get my drift.
I hope this is fixed before I head out after the CG had completed.

Yeah but surely you'd check all that's sorted before calling the wife (or customer) and telling her it's finished. =(

Mechanic: We've sorted the starter motor issue you had - there you go, finished! =D

Customer: Hmm any idea why all of the electrics are now not working.

Mechanic: "We are aware and investigating!"™

Repeat for some other issue.

Ian Bell had higher standards. =(

Great, something else broken while they fix things.

I did notice last night for about half an hour I had to scan everything twice, before it kicked me out because of a matchmaking error.

I've all but given up on exploration at the moment. I'm feeling like I need more to it - like planetary landings for example ;)

Whilst the systems visited count isn't updating, there's the Excellent EDDiscovery you could use, which gives you a count of how many jumps, or there's my Captain's Log app which does the same. (The data manager window also shows total jumps and unique systems).

Anyway, I'm not far from Lembava and when I get the chance to play I'm on my way back there, then on to a nearby system to sell this DB Explorer with its cramped cockpit, and recover my beloved Clipper. :)

99 little bugs in the code.
99 little bugs in the code.
Take one down, patch it around.
127 little bugs in the code.

Anyone who has worked in software development knows this experience at some point or another.

However, it is a little scary how often it happens at FD.

I sometimes wonder if there is a mole working at FD....

TEST REQUIRED PLZ :
Could someone try to visit some new system and sell data near human bubble ?

Just to confirm that bug is only on system visited counter but that cartographic data still can be collected and sell ??

Thx in advance

Will do exactly that in about 4 hours.

Thanks for helping.

As i am 15000ly away from human bubble impossible for me to test that but if there is a serious issue i should better wait a fix instead of playing for nothing.

Again thx

Sorry all.

When 1.3 came out I said to myself, "well I might as well just go exploring."

Obviously the devs saw a post I made declaring just that and wanted to make sure there was no place I could hide from bugs.

Well done FD.

CMDR BRAX reporting from Goldstein Port.

Data sold, all good: prices are correct, name tag added on the few systems I check on my way.
Edit: It is also added to my participation in the CG.
Still no increase of the number of visited systems though.

Have a safe flight out there.

CMDR BRAX, out.
